Paul did a terrific job selling our home under less than ideal circumstances. Not only is the market still struggling but there were other issues that made it a difficult situation (including the first buyer losing his job on the day of closing) yet Paul still managed to sell our house twice in less than 7 months!!! Paul is also very compassionate and went above and beyond what we expected. I will definitely call upon Paul if/when I move again AND I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent!

We can't say enough good things about Paul. Our house had been on the market for over 5 months before Paul took over, and we had our first offer within 30 days. After finally accepting an offer, we ran into negotiation problems that may have precluded closing, and Paul successfully brought another offer to the table which induced the first buyers to follow through. Paul is the most professional realtor I've dealt with in the 9 transactions we have gone through (lots of relo's)
