Working with Paul was a wonderful experience! As first time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect, and Paul was consistently on top of things. He was also endlessly patient as we searched for the right home, and when we found it, he helped us to negotiate a great deal on the perfect house. Paul was not only incredibly professional, and more knowledgeable than many other realtors we talked to, but also a very down-to-earth and personable person to work with.

I closed today on my first home. A condo in a sought after area came on the market and Paul got me in to see it right away. He worked into the night to get my offer negotiated and make sure the contract was signed. Paul guided me through the rest of the process and it was stress free. I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first place!

Paul is a proven professional. It was a pleasure working with him and his large network of resources. Upon meeting Paul at an open house for a different home, I could tell Paul was a genuine relator. He offered to put me in touch with a mortgage broker who was top notch. A few of the issues we ran into during inspection, he put me in touch with more quality people to help resolve the issues. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely work with Paul again and highly recommend him.

Paul was wonderful to work with. He listened to our wants and needs and found us some perfect houses to see. He was very patient, allowing us to look around as long as we needed and gave his honest opinion when asked. He worked with us throughout the whole process up to and including closing and answered any questions. We love our new home and are very grateful to Paul for making it happen. I would recommend him to anyone--experienced or first time home buyers.

Where do we start with Paul? It's hard to put into words how fantastic and comfortable he made us feel. My wife and I met him at an open house and immediately knew he would find us our forever house, and he delivered. If you're looking for a reliable respondent go getter this is your guy. I have relocated with work 6 times, Paul Chadwick is by far the best real estate I have used yet! He is extremely punctual and responds to phone calls and text messages immediately. The photos that Paul personally takes of each house are far superior to the competition and definitely gave us an advantage over other houses in the market. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in the Fox Valley Region.
