Lisa is ideal for a first-time buyer like myself. Her response times and answers to my questions were spot-on, and when I finally did buy a house, I paid her the best compliment I can think of: I let her represent me so that I could focus on other things. I just never really gave it much thought, knowing she was taking care of the closing matters as they arose, on my behalf, without my constant intervention. I just do not think you can do much better than that.

We first met Paul at an open house, where he was well prepared, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although we were not going to be in the market for a couple of months, we decided he was someone we definitely wanted to touch base with when it was time to sell. When the time came, we brought Paul in and he was nothing but professional. He helped us run a market analysis on our townhome to price aggressively. He also took superb (really the best I've seen) pictures of our townhome. The outcome is that we were able to sell in 1 week, above asking price. He shows up on time, does what he says he is going to do, and is super easy to get in touch with. We are currently working with Paul on the purchase of our new home and the superlatives continue. Hardworking, honest, friendly, funny, an all around pleasure!

Absolutely the best realtor I've ever worked with! Would Definately use her services again and would recommend to friends. Was extremely helpful and diligent in getting me the home I wanted. Lisa kept me updated by sending many MLS listings to choose from. She dedicated a lot of her time for my viewings and during those viewings pointed out good and bad things about each property that I may have not noticed straight away. That really helped me narrow down my search and eventually I got the perfect home for me.
