Lisa had a very difficult situation as she sold our house and also found us a house to live in. Our buyers were not the most corporative but she was always on top of paperwork, communication, and follow up. We found Lisa at an open house and I am so glad we did. Highly recommend her and have already given referrals to see her. She knows the market, knows how to word things, her follow up is amazing and you know you are in good hands when you have her by your side. Liza was available at all times during the listing processesShe was always prompt getting back to us with answers to our questions or problems during the list, and sale process. Used all tools available to market the house. She did a great job of staging the house to present it at its best. She had access to service people that help repair and improve the look of the house prior to its sale. She is a real pro at marketing home for sale.
