Paul was very easy to work with. We met him at an open house and were impressed enough call him to be our realtor. He responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very honest with us. As we were looking at houses, we never felt pressured; more felt like we were walking through the house with a friend. We would highly recommend Paul (and have already done so) to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

From the start Paul was personable, professional and very hard working. We had showing after showing consistently. He is a very acommodating realtor and has your best interests first and foremost.My father is elderly and had many concerns with moving and Paul was very attentive to his needs throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Paul if you are buying and/or selling!

Paul's knowledge of the industry was evident from Day 1. He and his partner Lisa sold our house in 1 day, and helped us negotiate/buy a new one from a relocation company, which would be described as difficult at best. He has great recommendations for everything from lawyers and inspectors, to fencing and painting contractors. His amazing photography skills made our listing the hottest one in town! We met quite a few agents in our search for a new homewent with the Brix team!

Anyone who has experienced the frustration of moving can understand the pain of working with people who aren't honest and don't listen to your needs when you're looking for a new house. Well - then you meet Paul. He is the diamond in the rough! He was very receptive to helping me, and always flexible with my schedule when I had to change times. He was very nice and very patient with me. Most of all, Paul is so honest - and that is more than I can say for many others, He is trustworthy. He listened to my needs, and presented me with a wonderful house that I did, indeed, love as he said I would.<br/><br/>Paul is the best. I am picky, too...I highly recommend him and will use him again when the time comes.

It was a pleasure to work with Paul. He offered his expertise in a number of areas during the entire process. From pricing the home to sell, to taking very professional and appealing photographs, suggesting repair individuals to work with and recommending a Real Estate Attorney to handle the closing. Paul is very knowledgeable and responsive and presents a very calm, reassuring demeanor in what can be a very challenging process. I have previously sold 4 other houses and Paul is by far, the best Realtor I have ever worked with.

Paul did an outstanding job marketing our home. We sold it within a few months and really did not expect that quick of a sale. Great Job Paul!!! He used multiple online sites and also published a brochure that was second to none. Great job with staging the rooms and the pictures really showed the home well.

Paul Chadwick was great from our first meeting till we shook hands after the sale. Paul did an appraisal that turned out to be very accurate. After we decided to go with Paul he came to the house and actually helped us stage it. He took the pictures and did a great job marketing. We had a lot of showings right away and multiple offers. Once the house was under contract he really earned his commission. The home inspection that was performed at my house made me want to walk away from the deal. With Paul's help we worked thru the issues. He negotiated the repairs and even met contractors at the house. What I thought was a deal killer turned out to be a bump in the road. I would Recommend Paul Chadwick to anyone!
