Paul helped us both buy, and sell our first home. We first bought in 2009, and Paul helped us look through dozens of homes to find the perfect one for us. When it came time for us to move in 2016, Paul also helped us to sell our home, even though we had already moved and were out of state. During the sale process, we also considered renting our home. Paul was able to facilitate the entire process, and make it all very easy on us. When it comes to real estate, Paul is a true professional, who always has his client's best interest in mind. We can't recommend him enough!

I highly recommend Paul and appreciate his efforts--he made a potentially stressful process fun and positive from start to finish. Paul was one of 3 realtors I interviewed and stood out with his knowledge, attitude and negotiation. I really felt our teamwork was strong and chose Paul. I DEFINITELY made the right choice! Great pictures, knowledgeable of the area, prepared, very helpful and let me know what to expect. Paul is professional, patient, thorough and customer-focused. I moved out of state during the process and Paul was SO helpful and willing to help me with a few local needs, saving me a trip, time and money. I signed a contract in less than 3 days! He PROMPTLY answered calls and emails and he always had the answer. Truly a great experience to work with Paul and recommend him strongly.

We first met Paul at an open house, where he was well prepared, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although we were not going to be in the market for a couple of months, we decided he was someone we definitely wanted to touch base with when it was time to sell. When the time came, we brought Paul in and he was nothing but professional. He helped us run a market analysis on our townhome to price aggressively. He also took superb (really the best I've seen) pictures of our townhome. The outcome is that we were able to sell in 1 week, above asking price. He shows up on time, does what he says he is going to do, and is super easy to get in touch with. We are currently working with Paul on the purchase of our new home and the superlatives continue. Hardworking, honest, friendly, funny, an all around pleasure!
